With spring coming upon us so quickly, my household has just entered “ice-cream” season. It seems like every year I have to buy a new ice cream scoop - they always seem to bend or even outright break (i guess I might keep our freezer a bit cooler than normal). So this year I thought we would try out the one that spouts “like a hot knife through butter”. Well - I didn’t find it to be my definition of “a hot knife through butter”, But I did find that it does make it noticeably easier to scoop out the rock hard ice cream from the container. I mean my pre-snack workout used to be the “I almost got it dance” that you always seem to do as you strain so hard trying to break loose a chunk of ice cream. - Now how am I going to justify those, sweet, cool, delicious, extra calories?
