Ounce for ounce, it truly does rival a full sized blower, March 2, 2016 I sure didn’t expect much from this, especially after reading a few of the reviews that were already posted, but I figured, I don’t need it to do too much, I have a small front yard and an even smaller backyard. A dit too much for me to rake and sweep, but definitely not enough to warrant buying a full sized blower, so figured I would give it a try. When my package arrived the memories of the reviews I had read flooded back into my mind - “well at least it wasn’t expensive” I thought to myself. Well, let's give it a try.I pluged it in and turned it on. It blow, not very strong.. Then i slowly turned the dial from one to two - the pressure increased (good, that’s what I’d expect) - well to make a long story short, when I got it all the way to nine (the highest setting) I was beyond amazed.. This thing is strong and can handle anything the big boys can. I probably would not use it for a really large area, But I think it is perfect for the average sized home. Don’t believe those reviews that say iy is weak - those people must not have found the dial (right there on the handle) that turns it up. I also like that it has a trigger lock so that you can lock it into the on position for jobs that will take a little longer. I did my whole front yard in 15 minutes - with no aching back from raking and sweeping. It is very lightweight and easy to use. Perfect for someone who lacks the ability to do that kind of physical labor ( like the elderly, maybe). Ounce for ounce, it truly does rival a full sized blower. It would make a great gift too.
