O.k. … soo.. This is not the cleanse for me. It was harsh and created a terrible sense of urgency, luckily I tried it friday night and had learned my lesson quickly - thank goodness I was not at work. Although, after just 2 days -- after all that, I MUST be cleaned out (there couldn’t possibly be anything left).... so I guess it did what it says it will do. - still, not the right product for me.
