With over 20 feet of lights, you really do have a lot of options of where you want to display them, also they are solar powered so you are not restricted as to where they can be used (where is there an available outlet?). They are weatherproof, so they can stay outside all year or you could find somewhere great inside ( a little girl's room - in place of a night light, it would be a great way to wean your little one off of the night light). You have the option of selecting for a steady burn or a gentle flashing of color with just the push of a button.On the steady burn setting, the lights stay bright all evening and if I forget to turn them off when I have them set to flash, I have woke up the next morning and they were still going strong.They are so adorable - I just love them.
