This is the perfect desk for relaxing on the computer. It has adjustable legs that can squeeze down low enough to comfortably fit my tiny granddaughter and can also extend so the desk sits high enough for even a large person. The extending legs can be locked into place at any point that is comfortable for you. The positioning does not feel restricted by that "peg that pops into the hole " fastener. It sets securely, even on a soft bed, it does not feel wobbly or weak. The desktop is also adjustable so you can realy set this up to be the exact position that is comfortable for you.I like the nice neutral color of the bamboo desktop, the color scheme (I got bambo with purple trim ) is very complimentary. My Chromebook and a wired mouse ( I prefer to use a mouse over the the touch pad - anyday ) fits nicely , they are not crowded at all ( i even have space for a small note pad and pen - but not much else), and yet the desktop does not feel "oversized ". The built in cooling fan is genius. The cord is usb and is long enough to not make you feel like you were stretching it to make it fit, and yet not so long to be a nuisance and with it's little cord wrap around that allows the cord to clip securely to a small section under the desk. The fan runs quietly and you can feel a breeze on your legs from it ( a little bonus cooling breeze on a warm day! haha ).
