I tried out Silent Angel's Professional Dental guard last night, and it worked beautifully. At first i was a little hesitant, the guard seemed hard and like it would be uncomfortable. But, I am a woman - I read directions !! Hot water, mold to your teeth, cold water - sounds easy enough.After a few short minutes, I have a perfectly molded mouth guards (top and bottom) - although I did need to trim them just a bit. They are so comfortable, after a few minutes, I forgot I even had them in. I also like that they come with an aerated case to keep them in when not in use.
