If you are not very familiar with essential oils, this as a good way to be able to test out some of the most popular essential oil around at the moment. In this collection of six, you get a wide variety of oils that can provide such a wide variety of results. Each 10 milliliter bottle contain 100% pure essential oil that has been extracted by distillation. Six bottles come in the set and each is highly prized for the medicinal properties they contain. I have listed some of the ways I have used these oils.
Lavender : for its relaxing effects on the body, can also be used to cleanse cuts, aid in healing of bruises and skin irritations. Eucalyptus: relieve coughing,loosen mucus,repel the pests,on the skin to fight inflammation and promote healing,reduce the pain and speed up the healing process of a cold sore, reduce joint pain and inflammation. Peppermint: one of my favorites - it smells fantastic and has calming effect on the body, relieve sore muscles when used topically, ease nausea, aid in dieting by curbing the appetite.
