I was so excited when I received my new wine chiller stick - I wanted to try it out right away, but i did have to wait,as it does require being frozen (instructions say for at least 2 hours, but i'm pretty sure longer won't hurt it). So i popped the stainless steel stick into the freezer and decided that I was going to pick up a good bottle of wine on my way home from work the next day. True to my word, the next day after work I did pick up a nice bottle of white zin, I assembled the chiller ( a very simple "assembly" - screw the rod to the top - honestly -opening the wine itself was harder that assembling the chiller). popped it into my wine and let it set while I went to get a little more comfortable. I was so surprised to see after about 10 minutes that the wine bottle was actually starting to sweet!! Time to put my feet up and enjoy a nice chilled glass of wine while i unwind from a long day at work!!
