This is a very high quality shampoo. It left my hair feeling strong and clean, shiney and just looks and feels so healthy. I have very long hair and tend to lose a lot of hair in the shower and when I brush it out. I have noticed that since I started using this, the hair at the bottom of the tub is almost nonexistent - amazing.The instructions do not instruct to use a hair conditioner, but with such long hair, i always do. I think that my hair is healthier now and it seems to allow my conditioner to work even better.
